The McAnnual Report for 2020
What a long strange year it has been!
Here’s a quick tour of our year. From a bit of travel, to a pandemic lockdown, to social unrest, to political strife, 2020 was a doozy! But thankfully, as we close out the year, we are very focussed on Emmanuel — God with us. While a part of me is eager to put this year behind us, I want to take a look back and thank God for how He’s been present in these circumstances!
JANUARY
Petronas Towers – Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia
We retreated in KL with the international Mission Adventures circle of elders.
FEBRUARY
YWAM 60th Anniversary – Tijuana, Mexico
300+ YWAMers including the founders gathered at our campus to celebrate.
MARCH
Stay At Home Begins – Chula Vista, CA
I predicted we’d stay home for 40 days; it sounded biblical, haha!
MAY
Chula Vista, CA
We got a covid puppy! Oliver joined our family at not quite 7 lbs of golden fluff. (7 months later, he’s over 70 lbs!)

Socially Distanced Celebration

DECEMBER
Chula Vista, CA
We’re preparing to celebrate the arrival of Emmanuel, God with us. We pray you and yours are healthy and whole!
Will You Send Us in 2021?
We are full-time volunteers with Youth With A Mission San Diego/Baja, and we do not receive a salary for our work. Instead, our needs are met by family and friends who believe in us and the work we do. Would you consider adopting our family as your missionaries? Any amount, whether ongoing monthly giving, or an end-of-year gift is needed and so appreciated! Together, we can partner in advancing the gospel. Would you prayerfully consider sending us as your missionaries?
TWO WAYS TO GIVE
