We are passionate about helping the poor! We are dedicated to taking teams to the ends of the earth to build and give new homes to families in need. It can be exhausting, but there is such sweet reward in handing over the keys.
Our role is to multiply Homes of Hope. We are pioneering this ministry in Uganda and we serve other Youth With A Mission centers by helping them implement this amazing program.
We Teach and Train
in YWAM's University of the Nations so that More Missionaries will be Equipped and Sent
We are committed to raising up the next generation of missionaries. We set aside at least one week each month to teach in one of YWAM's Discipleship Training Schools around the world. Topics include, Hearing God's Voice, Relationships, Identity in Christ, The Father Heart of God, Missions and Outreach, and many more.
In addition, we meet with students and staff in two-on-one prayer and ministry sessions. Our goal is to equip students to know God better, and know who they are in him, so they can better make God known wherever they go.
We Lead Mission Adventures
A Global Network of YWAM Centers that Offer Short-Term Outreaches for Groups
Each year, we help our partners take thousands of students on short-term outreaches around the globe. Our role is to provide resources, training, and coaching for YWAM staff who give teens and young adults their first taste of mission work.

- We've drilled water wells in Africa to give communities access to clean water.
- We've delivered medical supplies to the Amazon.
- We serve on YWAM San Diego/Baja's eldership team.
- Kay Charlotte has served in YWAM for 25 years. Craig has served in YWAM for 23 years.
- Together, Craig and Kay Charlotte have flown more than half a million miles.
- Craig and Kay Charlotte have ministered in 27 nations, on 6 continents.
