The McAnnual Report for 2023
What a WONDERFUL year it has been!
Here’s a quick month-by-month tour of our 2023. One theme that’s emerged is that travel is back in our lives. As I write here in Chula Vista, Kay Charlotte is 15 hours ahead in Thailand hosting a team from Minnesota.
JANUARY
The Tenderloin, San Francisco
I serve on the board of YWAM San Francisco and was in the city for a quarterly meeting.
FEBRUARY
Durres, Albania
I taught on the Lordship of Christ in a Discipleship Training School in Albania.
MARCH
Tijuana, Mexico
We built a home with dear friends for a wonderful family in Baja, Mexico
APRIL
Ensenada, Mexico
We hosted a fundraiser to continue to develop our campuses in Mexico.
MAY
San Francisco, CA
Back in San Fran for more board meetings. This time I had amazing Yemeni food.
JUNE
Cal Poly San Luis Obispo
Taylor graduated with a degree in Construction Management. And yes all 4 of us are in this pic!
JULY
Carlsbad, CA
I taught on Identity in Christ at the first-ever YWAM Carlsbad DTS – just an hour from us.
AUGUST
Vancouver to Banff to Fairbanks
I joined Levi for half of his epic road trip to Alaska! He’s getting a Masters in Math at UA
SEPTEMBER
Scotland!
Kay Charlotte and I traveled to Scotland for Mission Adventures meetings and even got to do some sightseeing.
OCTOBER
Mexico City
I taught on Hearing God’s Voice at the YWAM Hola Discipleship Training School
NOVEMBER
Mexico City, Again!
Five weeks later I returned to YWAM Hola and taught in the School of Pioneering Leadership.
DECEMBER
Los Angeles
I finished up the year by teaching on Outreach Prep to the DTS at YWAM Los Angeles
