Kay Charlotte McClurg has been in Youth with A Mission for 23 years and has traveled to more than 30 countries speaking, training and counseling young people.  

She is the co-founder of Mission Adventures International, one of YWAM's premier youth ministries which has mobilized over 100,000 young people . She has also co-founded HalfWay There, a water project drilling organization which supplies clean water in Africa. Additionally, she is the President/CEO of Ends of the Earth Enterprises, which helps provide income to remote villages through crafts/jewelry sales.

One of her favorite places on the planet  is the Amazon jungle. Her most memorable mission moment was her first encounter with a practicing cannibal. Her life's experiences, powerfully honest approach to the truth, and her  story telling abilities make listening to her fascinating.

Kay Charlotte lives in Southern California with her incredible husband and two amazing children.
